Bali hails establishment of Degree College Ukhral

Jammu, July 12: Leaders of JKNPP Trade Union & Other Wing of JKNPP today held a press conference chaired by Sewa Singh Bali, General Secretary, Panthers Trade Union (PTU and thanked the High Court (HC) & Chairman JKNPP, Harsh Dev Singh who is the advocate of writ petition to implement the Govt. order No. 386 Hr. Education of 2014 dated 24.07.14 regarding establishment Degree College of Ukhral.
Seeking the implementation of Govt. order No. 386 Hr. Edu. of 2014 Dated 24.07.2014 . Sewa Singh Bali told the media JKNPP Chairman Harsh Dev Singh who is the advocate of writ petition submitted before the High Court (HC) that the operationalization of the said order has been denied by the govt. for political reason. Sewa Singh Bali said that JKNPP Chairman, Harsh Dev Singh pointed out the order for establishment of Degree College Ukhral having been sanctioned in 2014, the succeeding govt. decline its implementation on extraneous political consideration.
And whereas several new Degree College had been ordered by the BJP-PDP Govt. during last three years and made functionals the opening of Ukrhal Degree College, despite its sanctioned, was refused forcing the petitioner Sewa Singh Bali to knock the door of the High Court for justice.
