BISHNAH, Aug 6: In continuation to his mass contact programme, Shashi Sharma Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee along with Assembly Youth Congress President Vijay Targotra and members of Block Congress Committee visited Naugran Panchayat halqa in Bishnah constituency and interacted with the residents of Naugran, Bhadur Khan and Kotli Charkan and held series of meetings in these villages
The people apprised the Congress leader regarding dilapidated condition of link road to Kotli Charkan, unscheduled power cuts throughout the day, low gauze of irrigation water in Tindey Minor and non-payment of dues to MNREGA labour and shifting of Rashan from TSO Gadigarh to Bishnah
After listening to the residents Shashi assured them that all their problems will be taken up with the authorities concerned for early disposal. He appealed to the people to be ready for Panchayat elections which are going to be held very soon and elect honest, qualified and young faces in the panchayat. |
