Jammu, Aug 6: Jammu and Kashmir Intellectual Civil Society (JKICS) has suggested that the graduate, post graduate, technocrats and other qualified youths should participate in Panchayat, municipal and rural elections for the welfare of the general public. SS Sodhi Chairman, J&K Intellectual Civil Society, New Delhi organized a meeting of all members of the Civil society and discussed the issue of participation of graduate, post graduate, technocrats and other qualified & literate youth (both boys and girls) so that they actually understand the problems of the people and take every possible step, in order to provide them relief and many other facilities which they feel deprived off at present. Sodhi also stated that if the young generation (qualified boys and girls) participates in the above said elections and work honestly for the down trodden and poor people living in villages, the day will not be far off for bringing prosperity in every sphere of life, for the people living in rural areas. |
