RAMBAN, Aug 6: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ramban, Showkat Aijaz Bhat today conducted surprise visits at Government Higher Secondary School (GHHS) Ramban to assess the education quality and other extracurricular activities being organised by the school administration.
During the inspection, DDC checked the attendance of teachers and other staff besides assessing staff position in the School, accommodation, toilet and drinking water facilities. He stressed upon the teachers to ensure that the children are provided quality education. DDC went round different class rooms to ascertain the quality of education being imparted. While interacting with students and staff, the DDC asked them to take their studies seriously.
DDC asked the teacher fraternity to encourage quality conversation in the classes besides focus should be laid on bringing the innovations in the learning and teaching process. He also impressed upon the students to make cleanliness and sanitation a habit for healthy and successful future. |
