| JKPSA hold meeting, discusses various issues | | |  Early Times Report
Reasi, Aug 6: A meeting of Jammu and Kashmir Private Schools' Association was held at Kalka Public School Reasi in which all heads of Private schools of District Reasi & Executive members of the central body participated. Members from far flung area of different zones of District Reasi highlighted number of issues pertaining to hurdles in obtaining recognition up to Middle Standard (8th )by DSE Jammu, SRO 292 of July 2018 by virtue of which government has come with certain amendments in SRO123 of 2010, Labour laws etc . President of JKPSA Kamal Gupta, while addressing the august gathering said that Government has brought all the SRO's and Acts only on the basis of hypothetical presumptions which are not tolerable . Association has challenged all unreasonable SRO's and Acts in the High court of Jammu & Kashmir. Moreover Association will fight with tooth and nails so that genuine Private school owners who are totally dependent on this venture can flourish without any fear psychosis. |
