He pleaded" let us turn water channel green with around 5 ft high ornamental trees foliage on two sides providing for elderly and women to sit and relax; leave channel water safe for children taking dip; render drive under green cover on two sides enjoyable; discourage people from dumping their garbage and build up sense of pride and belonging among the residents besides much needed Jammu image building.
