UDHAMPUR, Aug 10: Panic gripped the Government Middle School Kuperla, Panchayat Ritti, here today when at least ten students suddenly fell semi-unconscious.
The students were rushed to District Hospital Udhampur where they regained consciousness after some time.
According to the doctors, there was nothing serious in the case and the children might have become semi-unconscious because of some allergic reaction in the school. Total 10 students of the school were brought to the hospital, they added.
The news of the mysterious illness of the students spread like a wild fire in the village due to which the locals got panicky. The students were later discharged from the hospital after treatment.
Same incident had occurred earlier in October last year when 20 students mysteriously fell ill. |
