SRINAGAR, Aug 10: The annual pilgrimage to holy Amarnath cave shrine was progesssing smoothly though the number of pilgrims has dropped as only 956 yatris paid obeisance on Friday.
An official spokesman said here this evening that on the 44th day of the 60-day-long pilgrimage which commenced from June 28, 956 yatris paid obeisance at the shrine.
He said till date 2,77,215 Yatris had the darshan of the Shivling at the Holy Cave. |
