Jammu, Aug 10: Police today arrested a person and seized one Desi Katta and 7 live cartridges from his possession.
Police identified the arrested person as Gopal Dass of Circular Road, Lower Mast Garh.
Police spokesman said that acting on specific information party led by SI Purab Singh-In-charge police post raised a naka and intercepted Gopal Dass.
"During frisking, police recovered one Desi Katta and 7 live cartridges from his possession', said police spokesman. In this connection, a case under FIR No. 119/2018 under section 3/25 of Arms Act has been registered at Police station Pacca Danga. |
