JAMMU, Sept 26: Indian Institute Of Integrative Medicine, Jammu is among 38 National Laboratories, under the umbrella of council of scientific and Indusrial Research [CSIR], organised an outreach programme from September 25 to 26th for interaction of students with scientist to showcase its scientific accomplishments.
Under the encouragement of the worthy Principal Rameshwar Mengi, 7 students - Kalyani, Jabsimran Kour, Sonal Abrol, Shivani, Ankeshwar Salathia, Riffat Choudhary And Tandeep Singh, of class 12th of SNS participated in the competition i.e. Science Model, Quiz And Extempore, under the guidance of Devika Jamwal, Lect. In Biology and Kuljeet Sharma, Lect. In Chemistry.
It's an overwhelming and proud moment for the school as the school bagged 3rd position in the competition leaving the orther schools behind. This programme helped the students to inculcate the scientific attitude among them and they felt encouraged and motivated after this.
