| KC College of Education holds Environment awareness rally | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 26: On the occasion of "World Environment Health Day" (26th September) as declared by the International Federation of Environmental Health under the theme "Children's Health and safety and the protection of their environment, the environment club of K.C. College of Education organized an awareness rally around Udheywala slum.
Accompanied by their teacher-in-charges Puja Sharma and Taranjeet Kour, the students were carrying placards and shouting slogans highlighting the dire need to save environment.. On way they interacted with the children of slum and told them the basic rules of hygiene in day to day life so that they can be saved from the common infections. The whole programme was convened by Puja Sharma, Convener Environmental Club. |
