| Civic polls KPS to exercise NOTA option | | |

JAMMU, Sept 25:State Government is all set to go for Urban Local Bodies elections scheduled to be held next month, Kashmiri Pandit migrants should opt to press the NOTA button on the EVMs so that politicians could be taught a lesson for good.
"We have been living in exile for the last over 28 years but our basic problems were still unaddressed and how can we caste our valuable vote in anybody's favour when nobody from state government to central government seems to be least bothered about our issues and burning problems," said social activist Sunil Pandita while talking EarlyTimes this afternoon.
"I demand constitution of a commission to probe the reasons behind KPs mass migration in1989- 1990 under Article 370 and Government of India must take a serious note of it, Sunil Pandita added.
Unless and until our issues are not addressed positively by the state as well as central governments our belief on any political party or any candidate seems to be uncertain and let Kashmiri Pandit migrants prove it by pressing NOTA. |
