| Absconding rape accused arrested | | | Early Times Report
Reasi, Sept 27: Reasi police today claimed to have apprehended an accused in rape case of a minor who was evading his arrest since last one and half month.
Police spokesman said that accused identified as Mahinder Kumar alias Kalu of Shipanu, Reasi was today arrested in a case under FIR no. 149/2018 under sections 363, 376D, 343 and 34 of RPC by a special team led by Inspector Ashwani Sharma-SHO Reasi.
Police spokesman said that the said accused was the main accused who was evading his arrest since 16-8-2018 and the other co-accused is already under police custody.
The said arrest was made under the supervision of Nikhil Gogna-DySP Hqrs Reasi and overall supervision of Nisha Nathyal-SSP Reasi. |
