GDC Kathua organizes slogan writing compettion

Kathua, Sept 27, NSS Units of Govt Degree College Kathua organised slogan writing competition in the smart classroom of the college. The competition was a part of series of ongoing programmes in the college to commemorate 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatama Gandhi. The students wrote captivating slogans on Gandhian Philosophy. The best entries were judged on the parameters of relevance of theme, originality, creativity and clarity of message. The jury members of the event were Prof. Ritu Bhagat, Prof. Kulbir Singh and Prof. Rajneesh Sharma. The prize winners were Tania, Priyanka, Parvaz Akhtar and Pooja Sarmal. The Principal of the College Prof. Kartar Chand also encouraged and motivated the students with his words of wisdom and shared his views on Gandhian principles and philosophy.
The event was also attended by Prof. Sumanesh Jasrotia, Dr. Manohar Lal, Prof. Rakesh Singh, Prof Rajesh Chalotra, Prof. Shubh, Prof. Neha Gupta and supervised by NSS Programme Officers Prof. Shikha, Prof. Manmohan Singh and Prof. Ritu Sharma.
