Jammu, Oct 8: An emergent meeting of the central executive body of the Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum was held in which various burning issues pertaining to the teaching fraternity were discussed.
According to press release, all the participants in the meeting viewed it seriously that class IV, Laboratory bearers, laboratory assistants and Library assistants of Jammu province who were promoted by conducting DPC during the last 4 to 5 years to Jr. Assistants, Laboratory Assistants and teachers respectively have not been regularized by the Education department on one pretext or the other.
Moreover they have been denied all the promotional benefits for which they are eligible under norms.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting included Ganesh Khajuria, Gopal singh, Yograj Singh Slathia, Rajinder Gupta, S. Soorat Singh Toofani, S. Ravinder Singh, Mohd. Iqbal, Darshan Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Shyam Badyal, P.D. Singh, Gautam Singh, Shankar Singh Chib, Sushil Sharma, Kuldeep Verma, Shanti Saroop and Bharat Bhushan Sharma. |
