Udhampur, October 8: Ahead of 2nd phase of Urban Local Bodies (ULB) Election Scheduled to be held on 10th of October, the BJP organized a bike rally in favour of contesting candidates to seeks votes in favour of BJP the said rally started from Dak Bungalow and after passing through main markets of Udhampur city, it finally culminated at BJP office here today. But all traffic norms were violated openly under the nose of District Administration, Motor Vehicles (MV) Department, Traffic Police as well as Jammu and Kahmir Police here today. Large number of youngsters as well as senior leaders of BJP seen without helmet here. Not even Party leaders, activists were also seen without helmet. No one dared to stop or challan the top leader of BJP. Million dollar question arises. Are the rules meant for common masses only? There is only one rule for every citizen of India and politicians are not above citizens. |
