| IMS organizes visit to Manda Zoo | | | Jammu, Oct 31:The Institute of management Sciences (IMS) organized one day trip to Manda Zoo for the students of BCA-1st Semester, session 2018-19.
A zoo's paramount purpose is to promote wildlife in its natural environment. The students were familiarized with exotic and endangered animals. The visit provided an opportunity to the students not only to observe the animals but also study their respective behavior pattern.
The students were made to understand the importance of taking care of the environment as it has a significant impact on the lives and welfare of animals. Sheetal Sharma, Bindu Koul and Meenakshi Bhat, Assistant Professors accompanied the students during the visit to the zoo. |
