| SC Collegium recommends transfer of Justice Alok Aradhe | | |
JAMMU, Oct 31: Supreme Court Collegium has recommended transfer of First Puisne Judge Justice Alok Aradhe of J&K High Court to Karnataka High Court. The Collegium, acceding to his request, resolved to recommend that Justice Alok Aradhe, Judge, Jammu & Kashmir High Court be transferred, in the interest of better administration of justice, to Karnataka High Court. Justice Alok was nominated as Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy vide High Court order No. 378 dated 7th of June 2017. Appointed as Acting Chief Justice of High court of Jammu & Kashmir vide Notification No K-11019/07/2018-US.I/II(Pt.) Dated 11.05.2018 and functioned as such upto 10.08.2018. He was nominated as Executive Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir State Legal Services Authority vide SRO No. 369 dated 4th of September 2018. |
