Poonch, Nov 21: CAPD Kerosene oil supply to common people in Sub division Mendhar is said to be going directly to the black marketing due to unholy nexus between Tehsil supply officers and the dealers alleged the locals of Balakote, Mankote and Mendhar. They said due to onset of winter the electricity in these tehsils remain off as a result of low voltage and fluctuation , yet people have dire need to use kerosene oil for cooking as well as lighting purposes. Since the government supply of K-oil straight way goes to the black marketers due to unholy nexus of Tehsil Supply officers and the CAPD dealers the poor get deprived off the supply, they added. In winter month the area witnesses inclement weather followed by the interrupted power supply the people of these areas have to face a lots of problem. Meanwhile social worker Er. MR Kazafi has urged the Director CAPD to take serious note of the issue as why the kerosene oil meant for people is sold in black to truck and bus owners on exhorbitant rates while locals were deprived of their due share he said, adding he also appeals to district police authorities to constitute a team to inspect the various areas of the district where menace of black marketing of kerosene oil is going on unabated he added. |
