Kathua, Dec 19: A team headed by DMO Kathua Er. B R Bhagat along with Tehsildar Billawar, Dr. Vishal Parihar and SHO Police Station, Billawar on the direction of DC, Kathua Sh. Rohit Khajuria raided the premises of
M/S Sheetla Stone Crusher which was running illegally at Bhinni Nallah tehsil Billawar Distt. Kathua today afternoon and sealed the said Stone Crusher.
The case has also been registered against the said Stone Crusher under the relevant sections of the Act Governing the law. The proprietor of the said Stone Crusher directed onspot to produce the relevant document and not to operate the Unit till further orders. |
