DC Kulgam deducts one day salary of 21 officers
Failure to send daily attendance

Kulgam, Jan 3: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam has penalized as many as twenty one (21) district officers after they allegedly refused to submit daily attendance report with the Deputy Commi-ssioner's Office.
Shameem Ahmad Wani, DC Kulgam had earlier issued a circular-Vide No. DCK/PA/2018-19/361-410 Dated 22-06-2018 and directed all the departments working in district to furnish daily attendance report in his office before 10:30am.
However, according to the order issued by the Dc Kulgam 21 DDO's heading different departments failed to submit the attendance report and didn't complied with the orders.
The officers, who have been penalized by deducting their one day salary has been deducted include Chief Horticulture Officer Kulgam, District Socail welfare officer Kulgam, Executive Engineer PHE Kulgam, Assistant Director Handloom Kulgam, Assistant Director FCS and CA Kulgam, Assistant Com-missioner Kulgam, District Program Officer ICDS Kulg-am, EO Municipal Comm-ittee Devsar/ Yaripora, DFO Social Forestry, Assistant Director Floriculture Kulgam, District Statistics and evaluation Officer, Chief Accounts Officer Fund office Kulgam, Principal Degree college Kulgam, Kelam/DH Pora. Project Manager IWMP Kulgam, General Manager DIC Kulgam, Assistant Direc-tor BOSE sub office Kulgam, Principal DIET Kulgam, Prin-cipal ITI Kulgam, Principal polytechnic college Kulgam, Executive Engineer Rural Engineering wing Kulgam and Executive Engineer Mechanical Kulgam.
DC Kulgam has ordered that one day salary of these officers be deducted for the month of December 2018 and credited in the bank account of District Red Cross committee as they have violated his orders.
