Sham Lal expresses grief over martyrdom of BSF officer 1/15/2019 10:30:53 PM Jammu, Jan 15: Former Minister and Congress leader Sham Lal Sharma was deeply grieved over attaining the martyrdom by Vinay Prasad AC BSF due to burst of fire by Pak troops. He expressed his heartfelt condolences over the sad incident to bereaved family of the martyr. He said that our forces are though giving befitting reply to Pak troops but we should give it more effectively so that the Pak could not dare to do such nefarious activities.
