KP migrants completely ignored in PDP-BJP rule: MNP | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 15: Manvadhikar National Party (MNP) J&K unit has expressed grave concern over the pathetic conditions of KPs living in exile for last more than 29 years. In a press statement issued by state spokesperson Ravinder Raina, party State President Sanjay Dhar and State General Secretary (Org) Vinod Kumar Pandita have stated that previous governments particularly the PDP-BJP rule completely ignored KPs. They said the previous regimes failed to implement PM employment rehabilitation package in letter and spirit despite passage of 10 years thereby putting career of hundreds of educated KP youth at stake, no additional required residential quarters could be constructed despite having dire need of the same and as well no internal repair/renovation of migrant quarters was executed properly all these years. The MNP leaders appealed KP community in large to teach those leaders a lesson in coming elections who always exploit them for their petty politics. They also appealed Government of India and state administration to address the issues confronting KPs seriously. |
