RAJOURI, Jan 15: In its drive against violation of traffic norms, police has seized 23 vehicles and fined 40 others in last two days in Rajouri town. Police spokesman said that on the directions of SSP Rajouri-Yougal Manhas, different teams of police from Rajouri police station headed by SHO Ajaz Haider under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Govind Rattan raised traffic checking nakas at various roads and intercepted a number of vehicles being driven in violation of norms. "During this drive, 23 vehicles have been seized which were plying on roads without requisite documents with drivers." |
