| Oath ceremony for newly-elected Panchs held | | |  Early Times Report
BISHNAH, Jan 22: An oath ceremony of the newly-elected Panchs was organised in Fruit and Vegetable Mandi Block Bishnah today.
The formal inaugural and welcome address was made by Block Develop-ment Officer Rajani Bala who congratulated the newly elected Panchs for their victory in recently held polls.
BDO also apprised the Panchs regarding their role, duties and responsibilities. She assured full cooperation to them from the Rural Development Department.
Panchs showed enthusiasm and participated in huge numbers with zeal and energy despite heavy rainfall.
A good number of the female Panchs expressed their wholehearted commitment for a noticeable development in their respective wards and Panchayats. |
