Poonch, Feb 4: Department of Rural Devel-opment and Panchayat Raj Poonch always remain in news for bad reasons; as all in charge Assistant Commi-ssioner Development of Poonch have misruled the system of the office since long.
ACD office Poonch remains the hub of corruption since long, it is said and almost all he ACDs follow no rules thus causing inconvenience to the people especially to the downtrodden section of the society. Official sources informed early times that foregoing ACD violating all norms has posted a class IV employee of the department as junior assistant and many senior employees are still working as class IV.
It is pertinent to mention that, none of the class IV employee has been promoted as junior assistant officially while as former ACD has adjusted blue eyed and influential employee for that post. Not only this, there are many more scams of the department which are to be investigate.
Locals of Poonch have appealed to governor Satya Pal Malik to constitute a team to investigate all records, works under different schemes for last five years and take strict appropriate action against the guilty foregoing ACDs. |
