Jammu, Feb 6: Thakur Randhir Singh, former minister and NCP Chief today said that there were really neat and clean days during the period of Prime minister Bakshi Gulam Mohd and Chief ministers G M Sadiq who changed the nomenclature and also under the regime of Syed Mir Qasim till 1975 when Mir Qasim was forced to resign to vacate the seat for Shiekh Mohd Abdullah by Mrs Indira Gandhi.
Mr Singh said he left Congress and joined NCP with the hope that National party will do something for Jammu and Ladakh despite of two Union ministers as Agriculture minister and Civil aviation minister in the UPA govt could not do anything for Jammu and Kashmir rather provided concession to big companies but unfortunately the party owned these forces and have been forcing me to welcome the statements of Interlocutors. He alleged that leaders of Maha gath Bandhan are now defending Mamta Banerjee, who is involved in Saradha scam which has crippled many poor people in entire West Bengal. |
