Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 6: In order to highlight their demands and grievances, the residents of Bhalessa held a peaceful protest near Press Club of Jammu here today. The aggrieved people from Bhallesa gathered near Press Club and raised their demands. The people also staged a peaceful protest march during which they raised slogans to highlight their grievances. Different speakers including Ishaq Rashid Malik, Ghulam Nabi Wani, Tasleem Javaid wani, Ashiq Malik,Ishtiaq Naik and Nafees Ahmed highlighted various demands concerning Bhalessa in their speeches and urged upon the Governor and to fulfill their demands as soon as possible. Various demands put forth include Degree College at Jakyas, Tehsil status for Chilly and Changa, all weather road connectivity for Bunjwah, Gandoh, Bharthi, Chilly and widening and blacktopping of Bhatyas-Challar road at war footing.ATM facility for Kahara, Akhyarpur, Bhatyas, Malikpura and Gowari, ITI college for Pingal and polytechnic college for Bhalessa, Police Station at Akhyarpur, Upgradation of High School Budhli, Bharthi, Challer, Champal Gandoh, and several other places. |
