| Arora biradari pitches for representative in Assembly, Parliament elections | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 6: Arora Biradari held a press conference today over ignorance of representative of their members in the assembly and parliament elections. Addressing the media former MLA Bharat Gandhi today said Democracy is fine set up to manage the life style of the society and India is the largest Democratic country in the world. Former MLA was addressing the media over the press conference held by Arora Biradari.
Gandhi said that the Democracy works through representation of all Caste of society in Govt. Formation. It is settle fact although all political parties adopt it but will not speak due to fear of contradiction.
One of the member said, " Arora Biradari is a big Biradari of 847 sub-castes. But Political Parties always ignored us in Assembly and Parliament seats. And, we have decided that Arora Baradari will not vote for political parties who will use NOTA. Further, we will start mass awakening programme to achieve the goal. Arora Biradari will make it a point to defeat those forces and parties who are against to give due representation".
He added that now time is changing and political parties have to give due representation in forthcoming elections. More than 35% are from Biradari is in Jammu East and 25% ratio is in other constituencies. Eye wash will not be tolerated and pledge has been taken to vote for those who will give due representation. |
