Worth seeing UAE
R.B. Suri2/6/2019 10:53:47 PM
Having seen the UAE and remaining therein for a month, I came back at my native land on the Indian soil two days back last week only. Really my trip to all the areas of UAE was an enjoying one. Really, Dubai is a marvelous state of UAE out of the six other states in UAE. But Dubai is the mostly costly place to live in. I got an opportunity to see the citizens of the entire World. The youngsters from all over the World are residing therein for earning their livelihood. Some are working in the UAE Government but majority of them are serving in the big Corporate besides oil companies. They are working hard and are earning handsome salaries approximately ten times as compared to the employees working in our country as their one Dirhm is equal to approximately twenty rupees of the Indian rupee.
Majority of the employees start working from 6 am in the morning in their respective offices or the working places in the field and leave their places of jobs after 6 pm or 7 pm in the evening. They are to work for five days only as Friday and Saturday are holidays there. There is no direct taxation in UAE. The authorities of the UAE raise the revenue for governing the government from the indirect taxes only which are levied on every facility required for the survival of the human being. The local subjects of UAE are very rich as also earn the lucrative money on account of rent from their properties. One normal couple with one kid has to spend at least Rs. 70000 to Rs.120000 per month on account of rent of the flat or accomodation, water, electricity, drainage, school fee, telephone charges etc. etc. whereas the bachelors are to spend Rs.15000 to Rs 25000 per month. There is no crime at all as the laws of the land are very stringent and the penalties are very deterrent.
Almost all the areas of UAE are the desert due to which there is no greenery but the UAE Government is working seriously to develop greenery at all the levels thereby using the latest scientific techniques of floriculture to attract the big chunk of the tourists. The inflow of the tourist is increasing day by day. Dubai International Airport is considered to be the best Airport in the World where at a given time there remains more than five hundred planes on the runway always. It is operating in more than 2000 acres of land and it is very beautiful as there exists the Metro service within the Airport itself due to which the passengers are not required to travel by foot at all.
Not only this, the passengers get inside in the plane after walking only five to ten steps. On does not find any HT Wires of the power and the poles in the cities as the entire network of power cables is under the soil resulting which there is no threat of any mishap. Similar is the case of the mobile services and again one does not find any Mobile Tower at all. The mobile and the internet facilities are remarkable and are very prompt and swift. During the stay, I had not experienced any power failure at all. When I interacted with the people there, they responded confidently and apprised me that during the past five years, power had never gone. For me, it was a wonder because of the reason that whoever on the jobs entrusted to them work with full zeal and the responsibility which is missing in our country. Since there is no big Zakheera of oil in Dubai, the Royal of Dubai is concentrating on the Tourism sector only. These days, Dubai Festival is going on over there and Dubai authorities have given the lot of concessions to the visiting tourists to Dubai which include the major one i.e. the refund of the VAT paid by the tourists to the traders and various big Malls while shopping, at the Dubai International Airport itself on the production of the vouchers or the bills. Due to this, the tourists visiting Dubai are getting these rebates and are feeling happy as this step of the government is encouraging the tourists to go for big shopping / purchasing.
One cannot expect Dubai without "Burj Khaleefa" which is the tallest building in the World. There is always a huge rush of the tourists from across the World. Musical show over there attract the visiting tourists to Dubai. People go there to enjoy the trip. There are big Malls in Dubai ( for example covering the area from Bikram Chowk to Satwari in Jammu city ) and Dubai Mall is a place of attraction for the tourists who intend to go for big purchasing/ shopping." Also there is another Mall named as Dubai Outlet Mall- famous shopping center in the outskirts of Dubai where there is no other market nearby Dubai.
"Dubai Frame" is a big place of attraction for the tourists. It is a remarkable site from where one can see old Dubai on the one side of the frame and new Dubai on the other side. Visit to this site is against high cost. Al Karama and Bar Dubai are in old Dubai and Jhumera, Global village, Dubai Mal, Water canal fall and the beautiful tall and multistory buildings constructed on the modern lines and latest techniques of Architecture engineering are in new Dubai. Bar Dubai is the old city where lot of Banking institutions are operating apart from the latest electronic equipments, jewellary, fashion garments shopping centers where tourists from all over the World go for the shopping / purchases as per their needs. Festive city, Reggis Park, Air India Hotels, City center, Burjaman Mall, Bonanza, Centro, Day to Day, World Fashion are important shopping centers to visit for the tourists. Lot of delicious eatables are available 24 hours always. There is an old museum also in the city where the tourist go in large number. Apart from G Mart shopping center, a big jewellary market is operating in Al Karama. Two temples are also there in Bar Dubai where huge number of Hindus go for worship daily and get the Parsad from there. All over Dubai there are beautiful Mosques constructed on the latest Architectural techniques. "Desert Safari" is one important site in Dubai to visit against high cost. Tourists go there for enjoyment and leisure. It is a lovely area where all aloneness exists. The Dubai Government is also giving its top most attention to develop the attractive Parks for the enjoyment of the tourists. Zabeell Park is a place of the enjoyment for the tourists. Entry to this Park is against the tickets at the higher rates.
Not only this, the Royal government with its concerted efforts has diverted the water from the sea and created a Water fall all along the bridge over which the vehicles go with the higher speed ranging from 120 KMs to 150 KMs per minute. A very important feature of the traffic checking is that they have fixed the cameras all over the vehicular roads which check the speed of all the vehicles plying over the roads. In the event of any misdoing or the violation of the traffic rules, the fine is imposed automatically electronically and recovered automatically by debit to their bank accounts on spot. It is pertinent to mention here that the Indians have contributed a lot in the development of UAE in general and Dubai in particular. There is a big chunk of Indian employees working in UAE But the South Indians are outnumbered. They are working as the executives in the government and the Corporate. Not only this, the Indian business community has also gone over there for doing the trading activities in IT sector and jewellary especially. By their concerted efforts, they have established themselves fully and are earning a lot and have raised their standard of living. After a spell of year or so, they come to India to meet their nears and dears and go back very soon They have no time at all as in UAE they have the value of time and they do not waste a minute even.
People from our the neighboring countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Mayamar are also working over there but on smaller rankings such as drivers, mechanics, helpers and house servants etc. etc as they are under qualified but as compared to their own countries, they are earning much and are passing their lives happily in running their families in their respective countries. Latest gold ornaments and IT items are easily available at the cheaper rates from the open market in Dubai. The courts are also operating in UAE but they have a few cases to adjudicate upon as the laws of the land are very stringent and deterrent because of which no body there dares to violate the same to attract the penalty.
In my earlier articles on UAE, I had already apprised my readers that the authorities of Abu Dhabi which is the capital of UAE are extremely busy in the oil sector as Abu Dhabi is very rich in having the big bhandars of oils and is meeting the demand of many nation across the globe. Since many innovations are being made in the transport sector wherein the vehicles are motorable on the power energy resulting which the demand for the oils will drastically be reduced. Abu Dhabi, for its survival will have to work devising the other sectors from where it will get the revenue. There are not many big buildings in Abu Dhabi but Royal Palace and the new Mosque built over there on the planning and designing done by a Turkish Architect are worth seeing. For reaching the Mosque ( very beautiful indeed ), one does not have to walk as the escalators are installed there, standing on the same, one reaches the holy site of worship. Really these places are very beautiful, attractive and remarkable indeed. Apart from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai are the famous states of UAE but Dubai is the best one. Other states like are there but are not so famous as they are at the low profile in the contest of development as compared to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. I am concluding my article with the words that during the life, one must visit UAE particularly Dubai which is marvelous destination indeed.
