RDD fails to start repair work of Panchayat Ghar Ainpur yet again

Sunderbani, Mar 6: Rural Development Department (RDD) has failed to start repair work of building of panchayat ghar Ainpur.
The team of Rural Development Department (RDD) along with police party today went for starting repairing work of panchayat ghar in village Ainpur but Tara Chand and his sons Kuldeep Raj and Balwinder Kumar and their wives stopped the work arguing that building was situated in their land, but the status of this land is Custodian land under khasra number 355 measuring total 108 kanals land.
"Some BJP leaders helped the land mafia in creating hurdles for repair work of Panchayat Ghar Ainpur", said sources adding that the people of Lower Bhajwal warned the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Rajouri if he failed to take necessary action against land mafia and quashed 15 kanal illegally girdwari the people of Bhajwal will block Jammu-Poonch Highway.
Locals also demanded registration of FIR against Tara Chand who encroached Custodian Land khasra number 355.
It is pertinent to mention here that in village Ainpur Panchayat lower Bhajwal Rural Development Department (RDD) constructed Panchayat Ghar (CIC centre) in the year 2002 at a cost of 25 Lakh rupees on the khasra number 355 measuring 02 kanal land and status of the land is custodian land.
Sources said that Tara Chand and his son Kuldeep Raj, Balwinder Kumar, who want to encroach that building and land also encroached the land in front of panchayat ghar/CIC centre and made foundation of two shops illegally few months ago.
It is worthwhile to mention here that Yesterday, the team/employees of RDD went there with JCB machine where land mafia stopped the work and team of RDD along with JCB was sent back without any work.
Today, the team of the department along with police party again went to the site where all the family members of Tara Chand his wife Kali Devi, his son Kuldeep Raj his wife Ratna Devi, Balwinder Kumar & his wife Madhu Kumari rushed on spot and stopped RDD employees from starting repair work.
