| Police holds public interaction meet | | | Rajouri, Mar 16: Jammu and Kashmir police organised a public interaction meeting at Lam area of PS Nowshera. Meeting was chaired by police post incharge Lam, SI Jonesh Verma in which many locals including civil society members, panches and sarpanches took part in it. The aim of the meeting was to strengthen the police public relationships . During the meeting, locals highlighted their various issues related to road connectivity and problems in terms of non availablility of mobile network. Police officer appealed the people to maintain peace and communal harmony especially for upcoming elections, keep an eye on their children and ensure them not to get involved into drugs and other social evils, properly follow traffic rules, keep strict watch on suspects and to immediately inform police in case of any suspicious movement.
Speaking on the occasion, SI Jonesh Verma assured people of all possible support and solution of their genuine problems as early as possible through concerned quarters. |
