Poonch, Apr 2: ITI Poonch which is the major technical institute of Poonch district is ailing thanks to alleged misuse of funds and mismanagement of officials. Irregularities ranging from release of salary without recruitment and withdrawal of funds on fake bills have come to fore. ET reporter's queries evoked unparliamentarily response from the staffers. However, it came to fore that a number of RTIs seeking details of fund utilization have been filed. |
