| GDC Akhnoor observes Punctuality Week | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Apr 6: Punctuality week was observed in GDC Akhnoor from Ist to 6th April with great zeal and enthusiasm. On day 1, an assembly for students and faculty members was conducted wherein worthy Principal Prof. Kuldeep Raj Sharma apprised students of the importance of discipline and punctuality. On day 2, a rally was organized wherein students carrying placards, chanted slogan to sensitize one and all. On day-III a symposium was organized to create awareness among students and staff members towards punctuality. On the day-IV an award ceremony was organized where the winner of symposium and regular and punctual students were honored and awarded . Earlier principal of the college addressed the gathering and stressed upon having a healthy work culture and doing duty with sincerity. Prof. Pavanjeet Bali welcomed the august gathering and vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Manmeet Kour. Also present on the occasion were Prof. Chander Shekhar, Prof. Tarsem Lal, Prof. Ashok Kumar, Prof. Sanjay Singh, Prof. Kuldeep Kumar, Prof. Mamta Sharma and others. The programme was organized by cultural committee in collaboration with NSS and NCC wing. |
