4/6/2019 10:22:34 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 6: Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP chief J&K state has condemned the election manifesto of Congress party which has promised to remove Armed Forces Special Power Act(AFSPA) that protects Army and gives shield to our troops and said our great defence forces, paramilitary and police are giving their today for our tomorrow.
Singh said that Congress, National Conference and PDP are helping militants and their mentors sitting in Pakistan. He said these parties should know the suffering of our bravehearts who recently laid down their lives in Fidayeen attack in Pulwama in which our 45 bravehearts sacrificed their lives it is very unfortunate that Congress and its Gatbandhan does not learn any lesson .
He appealed to National President NCP Sharad Pawar who has been a Defence minister should not support this anti national act of Congress. Singh said it is not the Jammu soldiers who are sacrificying their lives in Kashmir but the soldiers from all the states right from Kashmir to Kanyakumari have sacrificed their lives while fighting against militants in Kashmir valley openly sponsored by Pakistan and no initiative should be taken to talk to Pakistan until and unless they stop sending militants to the Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh said after a big defeat in Balakot has shaken Pakistan who is still killing our jawans alongwith civilians right from Kathua , Poonch to Kupwara and also not sparing the childrens. He accused the Congress and its alliance of being soft on terror of its appeasement politics which was reflected in its government scrapping tough anti terror laws like TADA and POTA.
Singh reminded the Prime Minister and Governor Satyapal Malik to withdraw all the perks , security cover, free bungalow, full pay and full staff from all ex chief minsters like Dr Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah, Gulam Nabi Azad and Mehbooba Mufti and their supporters which is a great burden on state exchequer there is no such rule in any part of the country.
