Jammu, Apr 6: Pradesh Mahila Congress held a series of election meetings & Rallies at Doda Basti, Belichrana, Satwari & Mandal Phallian in favour of Congress candidate in Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency. People displaced/settled from Doda, Kishtwar & Bhaderwah areas are settled in Doda Basti, Satwari etc.
The meetings were presided over by Indu Pawar, President Pradesh Mahila Congress J&K State. During her address to workers & voters Pawar said that congress is the only party which can insure unity in diversity. Congress has always stood for secular values and given respect to each Indian soul. NDA has only given Jumle Bazi and un-kept promises in its rule where as congress has always stood for unity integrity and equal development and providing employment at all times. Congress Manifesto released by our President Rahul Gandhi Ji is a most practicable and its implementation will out do the mess created by NDA Govt. by not fulfilling the promises made to public. In Congress Manifesto there is provision for each & every section of our society may it be unemployment allowance, better treatment to Armed & Security Forces, Reservation of 33% seats for women, better education & health policies for all. She appealed public to have faith in congress & the change will be felt by everyone if we are brought back in power. |
