RSS leadership, Jitendra Singh ignored threats to Sharma's life | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 12: Many startling revelations coming out after gruesome killing of dedicated RSS leader Chander Kant Sharma and this killing has exposed casual approach being adopted by the top RSS as well as BJP leadership to protect lives of their Jammu based workers. Credible sources said that top RSS leadership of J&K nor Union Minister Jatindra Singh had given any importance to the apprehension aired by the deceased leaders' family. "After killings of Parihar brother, Hindu leadership of Kishtwar was very much aware that next target would be Chander Kant Sharma who was an eye-sore for terrorists since long. This issue was brought to the notice of State team of RSS but majority of top RSS leaders were busy in appointing their blue-eyed boys on the important administrative positions", sources said and further revealed that Union Minister Jatindra Singh was also very much aware that there was threat to the life of Chander Kant Sharma but his priority was also different. "Members of the Sanatan Dharam Sabha Kishtwar had brought this issue to the notice of Jatindra Singh but he took it very lightly because on that day he was busy interacting with media for publicity on other irrelevant issues", sources said and added that when team Sanatan Dharam Sabha had met Union Home Minister in the month of November 2018 after killing of Parihar brother, Rajnath Singh had asked Jatindra Singh to follow the case sincerely but Singh (Jatindra Singh) took threats to Chander Kant and other Sangh leaders lightly. |
