| Rich Harvest athletes selected for Inter School Dist. Level | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 17: Interschool Athletic Meet at Zonal Level held at Sports Stadium Smailpur. 7 girls of Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana were selected after a tough contest to represent the zone at Dist. Level. In the U- 17 category Anupama displayed wonderful stamina to attain 1st position in the 800m race, Bharti claimed the 1st spot in Javelin, Himani came 2nd in shotput, Shivangi - 2nd in the 1500m race, Nikita 2nd in the long jump and Ayushi was 3rd in the 400m race. In the u - 14 category Akshara bagged 2nd Position in the discuss throw event. It would be pertinent to mention the Rich harvest athletes outshone the athletes of more than 12 schools. The winner had undergone a systematic training program at the behest of the Principal Anita Bhatia. The program was coordinated by the coach Neelam. The Director of the school Ruchi Charak urged the athletes to continue to perform at peak level and make their school proud. |
