Change your mindset to make a new beginning: Munish to people | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 31: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Friday asked people to evaluate the performances of the politicians before they cast their votes in the forthcoming Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. Carrying forward his mass contact programme in different areas, Munish informed the people that he would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency. "I have taken a plunge into politics after lot of thought. As a journalist I have realized that people need proper representation in the legislature. The issues of common people are rarely discussed in the Assembly as everyone wants to play politics and make the headlines," Munish said. He told the people that Assembly elections are knocking at our door and this is the golden opportunity for the masses to teach those leaders a lesson who after getting the mandate failed to deliver. "We need to give and young and new people a chance rather than relying on the politicians, who just believe in hollow slogans and mere rhetoric," Munish said. "I have come to you people with a hope that you would change your mindset and make a new beginning. I need your support to become your voice," Munish added.
