Sources said the Kashmiri politician had told his supporters to attend the interactive session with the bollywood actor who had played negative role in famous movie Singham. Sources said the visiting actor spend a good time at the political office of the budding politician and discussed Kashmir issue with the invitees. Sources said most of the invitees were political aides of host and hailed him as a dynamic politician of Kashmir. Sources said the newly floated party found it an opportunity to invite the Bollywood actor from south India as a guest. Sources said the Bollywood actor discussed the political developments taking place in Kashmir and how the local parties were looking at the Modi government's second term in New Delhi. It was reliably learnt the actor was already in contact with the local politician and thus had consented to be a guest for function at latter's office. It was reliably learnt the number of guests present at the event was not as per the expectations of the hosts. "We were expecting more people to come but may be it didn't mature that way as it was Shab on the previous night," said one insider. It is pertinent to mention that the local politician looks ahead to contest the next Assembly elections in alliance with some other small parties and some individual politicians from Kashmir. Despite repeated attempts the Kashmiri politician in question couldn't be contacted for comments. |
