Strive for change to secure your future: Munish to people | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 2: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Sunday said that changes don't occur on their own one has to work for things to happen. Carrying forward his mass contact programme in different areas, Munish told the people that "our country is changing at a rapid pace and we need to become a part of that change. Otherwise we will be left far behind." Munish said that his decision to contest the forthcoming Assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency is a "humble attempt to strive for a change." "But I alone cannot do anything. I need your support and encouragement to realise our dream of better Jammu. I won't be able to achieve anything till my own people make up their mind to strive for the change," Munish said. Munish asserted that the people of Jammu have been waiting for things to happen for the past seven decades but nothing has changed. "First we have to change ourselves. We need to introspect and gauge whether we have been choosing the right people or not. Once we find an answer to this question we will automatically find the way. We have to make things happen then only the change will come," Munish added. |
