Jammu, June 9: To pay special tribute to the unfathomed love of this Godly creation, Mother's Day was celebrated in Lord Mahavira Playway School, Shiv nagar, Jammu. The chief guest of the function was Chanchla Sharma. Guest of honour were Surinder Sharma Chairman of school and Neerja Dassi Principal of the School. The programme for the day was a vibrant amalgamation of dance, music by saxophone octapad, Harmonium. The programme started with a dance programme of L.K.G. and U.K.G. students which mesmerised all whereas the dance performance by class 2 students enthralled the audience. The group song by class 3rd students and a skit performance based on Mother written & Directed by Tarun Sharma and assist by Seema Anand left the audience spell bound. The programme drew to a close with an inspirational speech by Chief guest Chanchla Sharma who congratulated the participants and encouraged them to keep up the good work and to pursue their dreams. Vote of thanks was presented by Lovely Raina coordinator of the school. |
