Jammu, June 13 : Like every year, the Vegetable Fruit Association, Narwal Sabzi Mandi, Jammu, has decided to close down market from June 28 to 30, 2019 for observing summer vacations.
In a meeting of the Jammu Vegetable & Fruit Association held today under the leadership of President Surinder Singh (Kala) alongwith other members of the association. In view of the heat wave prevailing across the state, the members of Association has decided to declare annual summer vacation w.e.f. 28th June to 30th of June.
Pertinent to mention here that all most every market association in Jammu observes two or three days long holidays in the summers.
"The holidays has been observed when the people in Jammu are facing severe summer season and it is not possible for the people to come out for shopping," said Surinder Singh Kala, the president of the association, in view of this problem we have decided to observes holidays, he further added. |
