JAMMU, June 13: Corruption, nepotism and mis-governance in J&K are the main factors responsible for militancy but sorry to say that despite repeated twitter messages to PM Narendra Modi as well as others but nobody was ever found serious which shows the hollow nationalism of RSS and BJP, alleged Deep Singh, the national council member of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) here today.
It is for the first time when SP Malik as governor of state admitted the said truth during his yesterday press conference at Srinagar for which he deserves appreciation but it was demoralizing when simultaneously, without an effective curb on corruption, he asked militants to shun the violence and hold talks, a confusing message from this top level, noticed as unfortunate, Singh added. If Governor Malik has reached to a conclusion then he needs to proceed accordingly with a proper strategy based on dedication and honesty while leaving the 'Jumla-style' of his Delhi bosses, Deep Singh urged.
We appeal Governor Malik for a meaningful and transparent beginning in the state to achieve the targets of corruption free and militancy free status of aggrieved J&K state, Deep Singh urged. |
