| DMO Kathua seals 3 stone crushers | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, June 13: In compliance to deputy commissioner Kathua Vikas Kundal ordered a team comprising of Rajender Sing Bandral DMO Kathua along with staff members and staff of PDD deptt Kathua, raided and sealed 03 no.s of stone crushers. Two crushers sealed on magar khad and one stone crusher on sahar khud in district kathua today for the want of different NOCs & the license under SRO-302 and BGS stone crusher sealed on the basis on public complainant. The electricity supply of the said stone crushers has also been snapped. The Team directed the proprietors of the all the stone crushers to obtain the requisite NOCs from the concerned department incorporated vide SRO-302, and obtain license from Geology& Mining Department under the aforesaid SRo. The Team also directed th eproperitors of all the stone crushers not to operate their units till further orders. |
