| Dogra Sadar Sabha condemns unlawful custody of Charak | | | Early Times Report
ramban, Aug 29: A meeting of Dogra Sadar Sabha District unit Ramban was convened under the presidentship of District Ramban President of the Sabha, Dharam Chand at Chanderkote.
All the members of Dogra Sadar Sabha participated in the meeting in which many issues were discussed.
Speaking on the occasion, president Dharam Chand said that Sabha always favoured the decisions taken by the government time to time and extended full cooperation in running the government policies smoothly and welcomed the government recent decision of abrogation of Article 370 and 35A of Jammu and Kashmir, but despite of it we felt it seriously that President of Dogra Sadar Sabha Jammu And Kashmir Gulchain Singh Charak, who is a secular and social leader was harassed and forcibly taken into custody by the police while he was going to address a press conference at Dogra Hall, Jammu.
Sabha strongly condemned the illegal and unlawful action taken by the police at Jammu. |
