| TDF demands uniformity in school curriculums across nation | | |

JAMMU, Aug 29: Thathri Development Front (TDF) District Doda has appealed to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and the Governor of J&K to give top priority to redress the problem of uniform syllabi throughout the country.
Kuldeep Kumar Rao, President in a press release issued here while referring to the separate boards of CBSE and State Boards, said that Modi must provide equal chance to every child of the country to get equal opportunity of right to education in one environment irrespective of the financial status of a certain class of students. Rao demanded that all State Boards must be uplifted to the standard of CBSE and there should be uniformity in syllabus and pattern of examination as well as books throughout India for the larger interest of the poor people of the country. It especially harms those students whose parents are transferred from one state to another and it also weakens national unity. |
