| AIBCU hails Governor for employment announcement | | |

Jammu, Aug 29: Announcement by Governor Satya Pal Malik for 50,000 employments in the next 2-3 months, All India Backward Classes Union welcomed the step for engaging the unemployed qualified youths in the state.
This is the first statement regarding the employment after abrogation of art 370, and this announcement can bring some relief to the qualified youth who are in search of job with 50/50 quota in Jammu and Kashmir separately. Specially for Jammu district who could not get job in education deptt for the past many years , the major sector of employment. State OBCs appeal to Prime Minister not to fill the posts hurriedly till the process of abrogation of art 370 get its implementation on 29th of Oct 2019 and the announcement made is somewhat earlier. If all seats are filled before the implementation of complete abrogation of art 370, then the state OBCs would be at a great loss as reservation rules during the existence of art 370 are totally illegal as the these rules pertain to area and language based which do not find any place in the country.
After the abrogation of art 370, let all central rules be allowed to enter the jk state which also includes the entry of National Commission For Backward Classes in the state in view of uniform application of law of the land and all central rules after the abrogation of art 370. |
