UDHAMPUR , Aug 29: District Development Commissioner, Dr. Piyush Singla, today convened a meeting to review implementation of PMGSY in the district.
DDC took detailed review of various roads including Supply Morh to Kainthgali, Debrah to Kred, Kainthgali to Khourgali, Kainthgali to Malti, Gandala to Tirchi road. He asked the contractors to strictly adhere to timelines given as per the contract so that these vital roads could be dedicated to the people in time. He, while expressing concern over delay in some of the road projects, cautioned the contractors of strict action for any further hindrance in execution of these road projects being executed under PMGSY.
DDC asked the PMGSY authorities to submit road wise weekly progress report to his office.
Officers present were Chief Planning Officer, Rajeev Bhushan, Executive Engineer PMGSY, Ashok Khokhar, AEE PMGSY and firms TRB, Rajeev Chopra, B&L NH contractors were also present in the meeting. |
