| 289 Jammu Zone IRP personnel granted in-situ promotion | | |

JAMMU, Sept 26: As many as 289 Jammu Zone IRP personnel were granted in situ promotion on completion of nine years of unblemished service in their present rank.
On the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) constituted in terms of SRO 14 of 1996 dated 15.1.1996, Danesh Rana, Inspector General of Police Armed/India Reserve Police, issued the order to this effect, here today.
These promotees include Nine (09) Head Constables, 277 Selection Grade Constables and three (03) Constables.
Inspector General of Police congratulated the promotees and their families on their well deserved promotion.
He hoped that the promotees will continue to perform their duties with added responsibility and commitment to achieve the organizational goal. |
